Approved School Groups |
Approved School Groups are outside groups deemed by the Board to be engaged in activities directly related to the education program and district operations of the district. The district will maintain a list of all groups designated by the Board as Approved School Groups; an organization will remain on the list until removed by the Board. Approved School Groups will not be charged any fee for the use of the facilities.

District School Groups |
District School Groups are groups directly related to the school and include athletic teams, academic organizations, extracurricular groups and all other groups designated by the Superintendent and/or School Board. Such groups will not be charged any fee for the use of the facilities.

Non-Profit Groups |
Non-Profit Groups must provide documentation (such as their 501(c)(3) form) with their application as proof of non-profit status. By virtue of its non-profit status, the groups will be charged a reduced rental fee equal to 50% for the standard rental fee and will be responsible for all expenses incurred by the district as a result of the group’s use of the facilities. Any Non-Profit Group may be designated by the Board as an Approved Outside Group.
